Account Eligibility and Registration

1 The genpak99 platform is only open to individuals aged 21 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached this required age.
2 Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Owning or using more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being closed.
3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and current. genpak99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identity card or MyKad at any time.
4 Accounts registered using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately and all funds in them may be forfeited.
5 genpak99 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
Registering on behalf of another person, including family members, is strictly prohibited unless that person registers themselves using their own personal information.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the genpak99 platform are subject to the following conditions:

1 The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
2 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method used and the time the request is made.
3 Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
4 Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same name as your genpak99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5 genpak99 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
6 Funds in the account may only be withdrawn by the legitimate account holder. genpak99 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by genpak99 are subject to the following wagering conditions:

1 The genpak99 welcome bonus offers 200% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.
2 Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM200 will be credited, giving a balance of RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
3 Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and may not be transferred, sold or directly converted to cash.
4 genpak99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies aimed solely at meeting the wagering requirement.
5 Each promotional offer has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

Wagering and Game Rules

Account Closure and Suspension

genpak99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • The user provided false information during registration or during the verification process.

  • The user holds more than one active account on the genpak99 platform.
  • The user has violated any clause in these terms and conditions.
  • The user is using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, genpak99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account, including any pending withdrawals.

Liability Limits

1 genpak99 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, system failures, hacking or unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence.
2 The platform is provided "as is". genpak99 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or disruptions.
3 genpak99 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by users based on information on this platform.
4 Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of genpak99 to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
